A boring method. Results that aren't.
We don't promise magic. We automate the tasks that weigh on you most — one by one — measure them, and leave them running on their own and watched.
From your manual tasks to something that runs itself
Four steps. We start with one lever, not ten at once.
01
We listen to your operation
We look at where your team's time and money go: the repetitive tasks, the bottlenecks, what's done by hand and the systems you already use.
How an agentic system works, step by step
An example based on real architectures: the orchestrator plans and dispatches specialized agents; each does its task —browse the web, read files, run tools—; an evaluator checks the result and an auditor applies the rules and ties everything to its source; and the validated product returns to the requester.
Requester
Sends the request and, in the end, receives the already-validated product.
Orchestrator
Plans, breaks down the task and dispatches the agents in parallel; then synthesizes their results (the «lead agent» of Magentic-One).
Web agent
Browses and searches the web for information (WebSurfer).
File agent
Reads and manages documents, with RAG over your document base (FileSurfer).
Analysis agent
Writes and runs code or calculations in a controlled environment (Coder / terminal).
Evaluator
Compares the result against the goal; if it doesn't meet it, it repeats (evaluator-optimizer / maker-checker).
Auditor · Guardrails
Applies the business rules, protects the data (PII) and ties every statement to its source.
The machine prepares and verifies. The person decides and signs.
Whoever drafts never approves their own work: a different agent audits it as if it were the opposing party (maker ≠ checker), gates block the output if something doesn't hold up, and in the end a person with judgment signs.
Anonymized real case: in an opinion bound for an official registry, the independent verification stopped the output three times in a row —an uncontrasted citation, a misattributed rule, an attackable flank— and let nothing through until every fact was verified against its source. Then, and only then, it reached the person who reviewed and signed.
The rules we don't negotiate
We each arrived separately at the same six principles. That's the brand's manifesto — written twice without coordinating.
Results you can repeat
No black boxes that work one day and not the next. Processes that give the same result every time.
Double control
Whoever builds it isn't the one who validates it. Every automation goes through a review before touching your real operation.
The human decides what matters
The AI proposes and prepares; decisions with no way back are always confirmed by a person.
Your data, protected
GDPR compliance by design and, when needed, the AI works in your own house. Privacy isn't an add-on.
Monitored from day one
Everything we put live is watched: if something fails, it's detected and answered in under 15 minutes.
No hype
We separate data from estimates and tell you what's proven and what isn't. Honesty by default.
Tell us your tasks and we'll tell you how we'd do them
No commitment: we explain what we'd automate first, which data would measure it and how soon you'd have it running.
